Hazard Analysis

Provides a description of work areas or hazards such as repetitive processes, manual handling tasks and computer work, assists with determining the presence of hazards, the risk level, impact of other factors, design of solutions and hazard management. This involves various means of collection, analysis and evaluation of information on injury data and risks. Reporting includes a description of tasks, the environment, systematic analysis, potential causes and consequences, development of recommendations to manage hazards including methods of elimination and control (task design, work organisation, work flow, training needs).
Assists with decision making on capital expenditure by determining the root causes of injuries, design principles for remediation and comprehensive solutions.
